I have a discount code. Can I use it in conjunction with the offer?
The only discounts allowed are those automatic discounts stated for the Shop more, Save more Sample Sale offer. Other promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Sample Sale. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have additional discount codes applied to our Sample Sale.
I have a gift-card or store-credit. Can I use it?
Absolutely! To use a gift-card or store-credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side.
Can I return/exchange my Sample Sale order?
All our Sample Sale items are final sale, which are non-returnable and non- exchangeable.
What is the ship time for my order during the sale?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days, this does not include shipping time.
Will my Regular Price item ship together with my Sample Sale pieces if they are in the same order?
No. Sample Sale items and regular price items will be shipped separately due to shipping from different warehouses.
